On Monday Night RAW for 28th June 2021, during a Battle Royale to determine the replacement for Randy Orton at Money in the Bank 2021, Drew Gulak and Akira Tozawa were eliminated.

Gulak sought the opportunity to roll up Akira to become the 24/7 Champion for the 7th time.
